From our safe and child friendly consulting rooms in downtown Campbell River, Coastal Behaviour Consultants deliver expert Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) for children and young adults (3-19) .
Services Offered:
- Functional behavior assessments and design of positive behavior support plans
- Individualized, 1:1 ABA and/or PBS treatment provided in the centre, via telehealth, child’s home, school, and/or community setting
- Common age and interest social groups with individualized programing and/or PBS treatment provided in centre or community.
- Comprehensive curriculum targeting the improvement of socialization, communication, self-help, play, academics, executive functioning, and life skills.
- Feeding
- Toileting
- Techniques to reduce challenging behaviours including: Aggression, elopement (running away),self-injurious behaviour, property destruction
- Parent and team training and participation in behavior intervention methods
