As a Behaviour Analyst, Laura has experience in a variety of settings from child learning centres to family homes, adult day programs and dementia units. With a particular interest in complex behaviours, transition planning, team training and feeding. Laura has successfully applied her expertise across the age spectrum, collaborating with families and teams to provide life changing therapy for her clients.
Laura was born and raised in Aberdeen, Scotland and has called Vancouver Island her home for the last 11 years. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her cats, outdoor pursuits, travelling, and her new hobby of running.

Jen has been working with people with autism ages 2-19 for 7 years. She believes that behavior is communication and that it is our job to find out what our children are trying to communicate. Jen has been working with people with autism ages 2-19 for 7 years. She believes that behavior is communication and that it is our job to find out what our children are trying to communicate. She started out working as a behavior interventionist in Courtenay and fell in love with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. She completed a bachelor’s degree in applied behavior analysis in May of 2020 and a master's degree in professional education with a focus in applied behavior analysis through Western University in August 2023. Jen’s passion is working with preschool aged children as well as providing parent support in any area the family needs. She is qualified in PEAK, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), LAMP, and is well versed in teaching executive functioning skills.
Jen has lived on Vancouver Island her whole life starting in Port Alberni, then Port McNeill, Gold River, and eventually Courtenay. In her spare time Jen enjoys hiking with her family and dogs having hiked Cape Scott, Nootka Island, and The West Coast Trail multiple times.
