Angela has an Honours BA in English and Cultural Studies from Trent University and has an assistant ECE certificate. She has a Certificate as a  Registered Behaviour Technician and is currently working on an Applied Behaviour Analysis (Autism) post baccalaureate program through Capilano University.

Angela has worked with children and youth in Campbell River for over 6 years. She's worked in both childcare and preschool settings as a teacher, and supporting children with autism and complex needs. Angela has completed the Pride in Service Training for foster care and has been a foster mother to ten children ages 2 to 11. Angela's been at Coastal Behaviour Consulting for two years and is the Lead BI working with both children and youth as an Interventionist. She is also a mother of four wonderful daughters. She enjoys an active lifestyle, enjoys writing, walking and time with her family. Angela’s passion is her family and working with other families to have the best quality of life possible.

Sherry has a certificate in Special Education Assistance as well as a Certificate as a  Registered Behaviour Technician. Sherry has   experience working in private school settings and conducting Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services as a Behaviour Interventionist in family home settings for over eight years. Sherry is passionate about working with children with diverse learning needs, leaning on the philosophy that sufficient patience and little steps in learning go a long

way. Coastal Behaviour Consulting (CBC) has provided additional learning opportunities for her, initiating the next step to finishing her undergrad within ABA at Capilano University on her journey to become an Assistant Behaviour Analyst. 

While living in Campbell River, her young family enjoys hiking nearby trails with their dogs, while raising puppies. She enjoys volunteering with the elderly in the community and extending her education in

ABA!

Andrea has been working with children and youth for over 10 years. Andrea has a degree in youth leadership, she is a certified Educational Assistant and Support Worker, and she has completed her training and has received her Registered Behaviour Technician Certificate. Andrea has had a wide range of experience from working as a youth leader overseas and Canada, to working with children of all ages by volunteering her time in various organizations. Andrea worked as an educational assistant in the private school system for almost 5 years. Andrea has always had a passion for advocating for children and providing support and a safe space for children and youth to grow. Her greatest passion is her family and raising her two children. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, singing, hiking, and weight lifting.

Meet Crystal, a passionate Behavior Interventionalist residing on Vancouver Island. With a background in mental heath, emotional regulation, and personal support work, Crystal is dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals' lives. 

Armed with empathy and evidence-based interventions, she collaborates with diverse communities to foster meaningful behavioral changes. Whether working with children, adolescents, or adults, Crystal strives to create inclusive and supportive environments, enhancing the well-being of those she serves. 

When not immersed in the world of behavior analysis, you can find Crystal exploring the stunning landscapes of Vancouver Island, fueling her inspiration for promoting positive transformations in every facet of life.
